Senior Developer

As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated software solutions that support accessible, technology-driven mental healthcare services. You will play a key role in building reliable, scalable applications that make it easier for individuals to access professional psychological support through digital platforms. Working with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, Flutter, and Django, you will help deliver intuitive user experiences and robust backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, introduce new features, and resolve complex engineering challenges. In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and establish best practices that improve code quality and delivery efficiency.
