PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering in the Growth track at PandaDoc. Our team of product designers use Cursor and Claude every day to explore flows, prototype interactions and pressure-test ideas. What we’re missing is someone who can take those explorations from working prototype to production-grade React in days, not sprints - and in doing so, change how Growth decides what to build.
In an AI-first track, the speed and fidelity of prototyping is no longer just a craft question - it's how we validate. A prototype real enough to put in front of customers, instrumented and shippable, is how we earn conviction and how we kill weak ideas early.
