Senior DBA Engineer - Fuze Care Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior DBA Engineer - Fuze Care Services based in the United States. As a Senior DBA Engineer, you will lead database modernization initiatives supporting critical healthcare applications serving patients across the United States. You will shape the strategy for modernizing SQL Server environments in AWS, including migrations to RDS, version upgrades, ETL modernization, reporting improvements, and cost optimization. This is a high-impact technical role combining deep database administration expertise with cloud engineering and operational transformation. You will establish scalable monitoring, backup, recovery, security, and automation practices while ensuring systems meet demanding compliance standards. You will also mentor an existing DBA team, helping strengthen cloud database capabilities and operational maturity. Working closely with DevOps, application, Finance, and technology teams, you will have significant ownership over the evolution of the database platform.
