This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst specializing in MarTech to support a strategic digital data and growth initiative within a leading financial services and insurance environment.You will act as a technical bridge between business objectives and the digital data ecosystem across web, mobile, and media channels.The role has direct ownership of digital tracking, measurement, data quality, and the integrity of behavioral data collection.You will design and manage MarTech solutions, implement tracking strategies, and help teams turn digital behavior into actionable business insights.The position also offers opportunities to contribute to CRO, A/B testing, customer journey research, and progressive feature rollouts.You will collaborate closely with data engineering, business, product, and other multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.Your expertise will help strengthen data foundations and enable more effective, data-driven decisions across digital channels.
