Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer

The Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer is a senior technical role combining pre-sales expertise with post-sales customer ownership across a broad cybersecurity portfolio. You will support U.S. State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) and Education (SLED) customers from technical discovery and solution design through onboarding, adoption, issue resolution, and expansion. Acting as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, you will work closely with sales and technical account teams to deliver trusted, outcome-focused solutions. The role also offers significant influence through technical mentoring, enablement, and development of best practices. You will engage directly with customers while translating field insights into meaningful product and business decisions.
