Snowflake is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to join our Brand Marketing organization. This role will focus on developing and executing customer marketing strategies aligned to Snowflake’s product categories, working closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and GTM teams.

You are passionate about customer storytelling and thrive in ambiguity. You know how to identify the right customer voices, build trust with senior stakeholders, and translate technical outcomes into compelling narratives. You’re comfortable leading high-touch engagements with Snowflake’s most strategic customers and influencing internal teams at all levels.

This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and partners closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake’s top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value

- Own customer marketing initiatives aligned to key product categories, supporting priority launches, GTM motions, and strategic narratives

- Execute high-touch customer marketing campaigns with Snowflake’s most strategic and visible customers, including executive-level engagements
