Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Germany. As a Senior CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of CRM-led monetization initiatives designed to accelerate revenue and strengthen customer lifetime value. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution across the full customer lifecycle. Your work will span acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and win-back journeys, supported by rigorous experimentation and data analysis. You’ll play a key role in building scalable CRM processes, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring reliable technical execution. Close collaboration with Growth, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams will allow you to connect CRM strategy with broader product and business goals.
