Senior CRM Executive, Deliveroo Advertising

About the team The Global Ads CRM Senior Executive will be part of the central CRM team, composed of 18+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to ideating and testing triggers and lifecycle journeys and executing campaigns for local markets. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base through new initiatives; delighting customers with personalised best-in-class experiences and leveraging AI to drive velocity of execution. About the role You’ll report into the Head of Global CRM in London, with a dotted line into the Head of Advertising Operations, and initiate, execute, proof and send targeted campaigns across our customer segments, to support our advertising proposition globally. You’ll enjoy collaborating across the business and work closely with Marketing, Commercial and the Advertising Org. You'll operate under a hybrid work model, spending a minimum of three days a week at our London HQ.
