The Order to Cash (OTC) team oversees the end-to-end flow of commercial transactions from order intake and provisioning through billing, collections, credit risk, accounts receivable operations, and cash application. The team focuses on accuracy, compliance, operational discipline, and a high-quality customer experience. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring for the Senior Credit & Collections role to support OpenAI's global receivables operations, with a focus on white-glove support for premier and strategic accounts across the U.S. and key regional areas of AR work, including standard operating procedures, payment methods, customer portals, disputes, cash application handoffs, escalations, and emerging go-to-market channels.
