Senior Creative Strategist, Fashion

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist, Fashion based in Brazil. As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will lead creative strategy for enterprise fashion and ecommerce accounts, shaping paid social campaigns that drive measurable growth. You’ll combine performance data, consumer insights, brand research, and industry trends to develop compelling creative concepts and testing strategies. The role spans ideation, copywriting, scripting, creative performance analysis, client communication, and production oversight. You’ll manage a portfolio of 6–10 clients while partnering closely with creative, production, and client management teams. Your recommendations will directly influence key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and brand awareness. In an AI-enabled, people-first environment, you’ll continuously experiment, learn from results, and turn insights into stronger creative outcomes.
