ABOUT THE TEAM The Strategic Projects (SP) unit validates new acquisition channels, experimental partnerships, and non-standard revenue streams before handing them to scale. We test and pilot across a mix of emerging channels and partnership models (for example, newer social platforms, DSP partnerships, and app install experiments), often building creative strategy from scratch where there's no established internal playbook yet.
