This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on managing a high-volume candidate pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment.You’ll take ownership of candidates from initial conversations through later interview stages, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.The role combines candidate assessment, pipeline management, hiring-manager partnership, and proactive recruiting problem-solving.You’ll conduct a significant volume of candidate conversations while maintaining strong organization, communication, and follow-through.You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, calibrate expectations, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.The ideal environment is one where you can work independently, move quickly, identify gaps, and contribute practical solutions.This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in dynamic startup or technology settings and is comfortable working Pacific Time hours.
