Senior Contract Manager

This role is responsible for the day-to-day preparation, negotiation, and management of project agreements and client-related contracts.You will manage a broad portfolio of agreements supporting pharmaceutical and clinical research activities.The position combines contract drafting, commercial negotiation, risk assessment, and cross-functional stakeholder management.You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Development, legal stakeholders, sponsors, and subcontractors.The role also involves analyzing contractual and business risks while ensuring agreements are commercially sound and compliant.Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage high volumes without compromising quality.This is a full-time, remote opportunity suited to an experienced contracts professional comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
