Join a global team providing high-level technical guidance and consultative support to strategic enterprise customers.This role combines hands-on engineering, architecture, development assistance, and advanced technical support.You’ll work directly with customers on complex projects spanning design, migration, integration, implementation, performance, and production environments.Half of your time will focus on project engineering and consulting, while the other half will center on consultative support and customer success.You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Support teams to solve challenging technical problems and influence product direction.The position offers significant ownership, customer visibility, and the opportunity to work with large-scale distributed database and cloud environments.You’ll also contribute to technical content, mentor colleagues, and help shape scalable support practices within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.
