Senior Compliance Manager - Global FCC Investigations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager - Global FCC Investigations based in Spain. In this role, you will lead critical financial crime compliance activities across transaction monitoring and suspicious activity investigations in a global environment. You will manage and develop a team of AML investigators while helping strengthen investigation processes, controls, and operational effectiveness. Working closely with compliance, risk, legal, law enforcement liaison, product, and engineering stakeholders, you will help translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. Your expertise will support the identification and mitigation of money laundering and terrorism financing risks across multiple jurisdictions. You will also contribute to systems enhancements, process optimization, and high-quality investigative documentation.
