This is a strategic opportunity to lead and scale global compensation programs within a high-growth technology environment.You will shape compensation philosophy, structures, and incentive programs that support talent attraction, engagement, development, and retention.The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on ownership of compensation planning, job architecture, pay structures, and rewards programs.You will partner closely with People leadership, Finance, executives, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation decisions are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business priorities.Data, analytics, benchmarking, and emerging AI tools will play an important role in informing recommendations and improving decision-making.You will also help managers and leaders navigate complex compensation decisions while strengthening understanding and adoption of compensation policies.This role offers significant influence over global rewards strategy in a fast-paced, performance-oriented organization.
