Senior Compensation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant based in the United States. This role offers an opportunity to shape sophisticated compensation programs within a complex, large-scale healthcare environment. You’ll serve as a senior subject matter expert across job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, incentive compensation, and specialized compensation programs. The position combines strategic consulting with hands-on analysis, program administration, and project leadership. You’ll partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and organizational leaders to develop equitable, competitive, and compliant compensation practices. A significant focus will be on incentive compensation and the continued development of compensation processes within Workday Extend. You’ll also contribute to executive, physician, international, and sales compensation initiatives while supporting broader Total Rewards priorities.
