Reporting to the VP leading the Talent Development team, the Compensation Partner will lead strategic initiatives that enhance our global compensation programs. You'll help attract, reward, and retain top talent by designing equitable and competitive pay structures, evolving our job architecture, leading annual and off-cycle compensation programs, and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and the People team.
This role is an opportunity to own the outcome, ensuring our compensation strategy drives both business success and employee engagement.
