Senior Compensation Analyst (Compensation Programs)

Our partner is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Compensation Programs) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize critical compensation and performance programs within a remote-first, collaborative environment. You’ll serve as a key subject matter expert for annual merit, incentive compensation, and performance management processes. The position combines program administration, analytics, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement to ensure compensation programs are accurate, effective, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll work closely with HR leaders, business partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders across the organization. The role also provides exposure to executive compensation programs and strategic human capital initiatives.
