Our partner is looking for a Senior Community Engagement Manager (Sickle Cell), MyHealthTeam based in the United States. This role will lead the launch and growth of a dedicated online community supporting people living with sickle cell disease (SCD).You will create a trusted, inclusive environment where members can connect, share experiences, and access credible health information.The role combines community strategy, hands-on engagement, thoughtful moderation, and patient advocacy.You’ll help shape conversations around complex topics including healthcare access, stigma, fatigue, disability benefits, and treatment journeys.Working closely with Product, Content, Analytics, Marketing, and Research teams, you’ll turn member insights into meaningful improvements.You’ll also contribute to the health and growth of other online communities while experimenting with new engagement approaches.This is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a mission-driven environment focused on connection, trust, and better patient experiences.
