Senior Collections Strategy Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst based in United States. This is a highly visible individual-contributor role focused on developing the analytics and strategy that drive performance across pre-charge-off and post-charge-off recovery operations. You will build reporting frameworks, testing programs, and performance insights spanning third-party agencies, dialer strategy, digital communications, settlements, and hardship programs. The role combines rigorous quantitative analysis with hands-on strategy development and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Collections leadership to turn complex data into actionable decisions. Success requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively when processes and infrastructure are still being built.
