Senior Claims Examiner

This role offers the opportunity to specialize in Employment Practices Liability and manage complex workplace-related insurance claims. You will investigate coverage, liability, and damages while developing strategies that support timely and cost-effective claim resolution. The position combines analytical work with relationship management, requiring close collaboration with insureds, defense counsel, underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders. You will work in a paperless environment supported by technology and structured claims-handling practices. The role also provides exposure to evolving employment law and workplace issues, supported by comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training. As you develop expertise, you will also contribute to the growth of newer claims professionals through coaching and guidance.
