Senior Case Manager

This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of newcomers navigating the complexities of resettlement and community integration.You will deliver fully virtual, culturally responsive case management services to newly arrived immigrants and recently granted asylees across the United States.The position combines comprehensive assessments, individualized support planning, advocacy, service coordination, and crisis intervention.You will help clients access housing, employment, healthcare, education, immigration resources, and other services that support long-term self-sufficiency.The role also involves building relationships with community organizations, government programs, legal service providers, and other partners to strengthen continuity of care.Strong cultural humility, empathy, systems thinking, and knowledge of immigrant and refugee-serving resources are essential to success.This is a grant-funded position expected to continue through September 2027, offering the opportunity...
