About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and G&A organizations. As a senior member of the recruiting team, you will operate as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, driving hiring strategies that enable the company to scale effectively. You will play a critical role in shaping high-performing teams, influencing hiring decisions, and continuously elevating the candidate experience. PLEASE NOTE: We’ve returned to the office 3 days a week in San Mateo, California.

How you’ll make an impact:

- Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience

- Partner closely with senior business leaders and executives to deeply understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring plans

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, influencing talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational design

- Proactively build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking

- Lead strategic talent discussions, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning

- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and scale recruiting processes that are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with company growth

- Leverage recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and continuously optimize hiring outcomes

- Mentor and elevate recruiting best practices across the team, contributing to a strong and scalable talent function

Requirements:

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations roles in high-growth, high-performance environments

- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels of the organization

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and advise both candidates and leadership

- Deep experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashb
