Senior Business Process Analyst

The Senior Business Process Analyst will play a key role in driving efficient project delivery and operational excellence across complex, cross-functional initiatives.This position combines business analysis, project management, process optimization, and Agile delivery leadership.You’ll help teams translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans.Working across Scrum and Kanban teams, you’ll monitor progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and keep initiatives aligned with commitments.You’ll also use Jira, Confluence, and AI-enabled tools to improve project visibility, documentation, workflow automation, and collaboration.The role offers an opportunity to influence processes and delivery practices while working with diverse technical, operational, and business stakeholders.This is a fully remote position designed for an organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
