As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will help build reliable, scalable systems that support a modern SaaS platform transforming how dental practices operate.You will work primarily with Java and Spring Boot, taking ownership of major product updates from development through production release.The role combines hands-on engineering with technical ownership, requiring a strong focus on architecture, security, stability, testing, and performance.You will collaborate closely with Product and Frontend teams to deliver AI-powered capabilities and seamless user experiences.AI tools will be part of your development workflow, helping you increase velocity while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions and code quality.You will also mentor teammates, improve engineering processes, and directly influence the reliability and evolution of a high-impact product.
