Senior Backend Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a European fintech startup building trust infrastructure as a Backend Engineer. You will design scalable systems that power high trust workflows and work closely with the engineering team to shape technical culture and long term architecture. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and implement clean, testable backend systems and APIs. - Architect scalable infrastructure capable of handling high trust requirements. - Champion testing, quality, and long term maintainability in every project. - Think deeply about user needs and system behavior to tackle complex problems. - Collaborate to shape engineering practices and contribute to technical direction.
