This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Back-end Product Engineer (PHP, Symfony) based in Spain. This role offers end-to-end ownership of backend product development within a mature B2B workflow automation platform.You’ll work on core systems spanning workflow automation, offline synchronization, document processing, e-signatures, and enterprise integrations.From understanding customer problems to designing, shipping, operating, and improving solutions, you’ll have broad technical ownership.The position combines hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making, product thinking, and continuous improvement.You’ll work across backend, frontend, mobile, support, and other teams to deliver reliable experiences for customers.AI is an integral part of the engineering workflow, supporting development, testing, refactoring, investigation, and documentation.The environment encourages autonomy, technical initiative, knowledge sharing, and meaningful improvements to a product used by businesses worldwide.
