Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst

Our partner is looking for a Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst based in the United States. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead business process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. You’ll partner with stakeholders across teams to understand challenges, define requirements, map workflows, and design more efficient ways of working. The role combines business analysis, process transformation, workflow automation, and hands-on systems configuration. You’ll work across operational and administrative processes while helping improve efficiency, consistency, data quality, and compliance. You’ll also contribute technical and operational guidance, mentor junior colleagues, and help build a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers a flexible working environment, with opportunities to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or in a hybrid setup.
