The Regulatory Readiness team exists to make sure DoorDash can move into new regulatory environments — new laws, new jurisdictions, new rules governing how we operate — without getting caught flat-footed. We sit at the intersection of Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations, translating regulatory requirements that are often vague or evolving into concrete operational plans: what needs to change, by when, and how we'll know it's actually working.
