Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager

Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager based in the United States. The Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex proposals and client-facing submissions within a regulated benefits and insurance environment. This role oversees the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), security questionnaires, and related business development initiatives. You will bring together cross-functional teams, establish project plans, manage critical deadlines, and ensure submissions meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
