Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Analytics based in United States. This is a strategic analytics role focused on improving workforce planning, staffing, and scheduling across a large, distributed childcare network.You will turn workforce and operational data into insights that help leaders make smarter labor and staffing decisions.The role combines advanced analysis, forecasting, workforce modeling, and business partnership to improve operational and financial performance.You will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Your work will directly influence labor allocation, productivity, scheduling practices, and cost management across multiple brands and locations.You will also help strengthen workforce management processes, tools, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel of up to 10%.
