Senior Analyst, US Strategy & Corporate Development

Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, US Strategy & Corporate Development based in United States. This is a high-impact corporate development role supporting major growth and capital allocation decisions across the U.S. market. You will help evaluate and execute acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate development opportunities from initial thesis through completion. The role combines transaction execution, financial modeling, commercial diligence, strategic analysis, and executive communication. You will work closely with senior strategy leadership and have direct exposure to executive stakeholders and Board-level decision-making. The position offers significant ownership in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, with the option to work from a Manhattan office. You will collaborate with internal leaders and external advisers to turn complex opportunities into clear, actionable recommendations.
