Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Communication is responsible for managing the execution of multi-channel communications, including the schedules, team meetings/agenda/recaps, template management, proofing and quality control, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors on execution of communications.
This position will manage multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously. This position needs to continually provide feedback on and suggestions for improving operational process and quality control procedures to team and management. As needed, changing standards and procedures to necessitate the continued training throughout the team. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects. Teams involved with coordination efforts include, but not limited to: Brand Compliance, Member Engagement, Product, Campaign Targeting, Accounts, Implementations, Creative, Content Governance, and Vendors.
Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Project Manage assigned programs from initiation through deployment, coordinating all aspects of communication execution.
- Manage the creative and data delivery to vendors, proof merged communications, provide estimates and schedules to internal and external teams, ensure flawless execution of communications by proofing communications to quality standards.
- Manage projects in workflow tool, report on number of communications executed, trouble shoot issues that vendor reports with internal partners. Multi-channel includes: Direct Mail (letters), Email, IVR, FAX and LOC.
- Communicating with internal partners, customers and vendors to facilitate the timely handling of mailings.
- Manage the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or work instructions for the programs they execute, including template management, requirements for program execution, etc.
We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week.
Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 3 plus years experience in an operations capacity specifically in project management. Prior experience in the following industries, operations, communications, print and/or marketing.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of benefits and Formularies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and other business-related software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in highly regulated industry and compliance environment
- Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools
- Familiarity with Visio

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
