This is where you come in: partner across the organization to envision, plan, and build Notion's information security posture through governance, risk, and compliance, and support our Sales teams by providing an accurate, thoughtful view of our program to prospects and customers.


WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

- Handle customer security questionnaires, one-off inquiries, calls and documentation requests from prospective and existing customers.

- Support complex contract reviews requiring security expertise and escalate appropriately.

- Cross-collaborate with Sales team to optimize deal cycle from security perspective.

- Collaborate with Security GRC, Security Engineering, and Legal teams to develop trust artifacts, security content, and scalable response frameworks

- Manage our customer trust tool to keep the knowledge-base up-to-date.

- Assist in audit evidence collection for our customer and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, BSI C5).


SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

- At least 5 years of experience in security compliance and sales enablement, preferably in-house at a SaaS company.

- You have experience managing sales enablement tools such as Conveyor, Safebase, Whistic, etc.

- You have experience establishing team operating rhythms, metrics reporting, SLAs, and escalation frameworks

- Strong familiarity with common cloud architectures (AWS or similar) and how they map to security controls and audit evidence.

- Experience interpreting and operationalizing regulatory or customer requirements (for example, financial services, public sector, or large enterprise)

- Ability to synthesize complex technical and legal concepts into concise, accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.


NICE TO HAVES:

- Understanding of AI agents.

- Familiarity with compliance automation tool
