Senior Amazon Connect Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer based in India. As a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer, you will design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise contact center solutions built on AWS.You will take hands-on ownership of Amazon Connect environments, from contact flows and IVRs to routing, self-service, and customer journeys.The role combines cloud engineering with integrations across CRM, ticketing, automation, and conversational AI platforms.You will troubleshoot complex production issues, improve system reliability, and contribute to ongoing contact center modernization initiatives.Working closely with technical and business teams, you will turn requirements into scalable solutions and continuously improve operational workflows.You will also contribute to documentation, testing, deployments, and technical recommendations across the contact center ecosystem.This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering reliable customer-facing technology in a remote environment.
