You don't just edit video; you architect prompts, direct AI models, and composite outputs into polished final cuts. Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end video production from business goal to polished final cut: AI generation, compositing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and finishing. - Tell stories through video. Every piece has narrative structure, intentional pacing, and a clear arc. Write your own scripts and storyboards. Understand how music, silence, and timing serve the narrative. - Produce high-volume short-form and long-form content using AI video gen models combined with traditional finishing.
