Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in India. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a global affiliate marketing program. You will build and scale a diverse network of affiliate partners, from creators and product reviewers to comparison sites and cashback platforms. The role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, performance analysis, and program operations. You will use data to optimize acquisition costs, revenue, return on ad spend, and partner ROI. Working closely with Creative, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams, you will strengthen tracking, attribution, fraud prevention, and measurement.
