As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you’ll take ownership of affiliate growth within a rapidly scaling, international digital business.You’ll manage and expand relationships with existing affiliates while identifying and recruiting high-value new partners to grow the network.The role combines hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, relationship building, and strategic optimization.You’ll use data to evaluate traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale profitable acquisition.Working closely with internal teams, you’ll develop tailored affiliate funnels and continuously optimize the processes supporting partner performance.The environment is fully remote, fast-moving, highly autonomous, and built around ownership, experimentation, and rapid execution.You’ll have a direct impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth while working with a globally distributed team focused on scaling innovative digital products.
