Senior Accountant (US GAAP | Big 4 Required)

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant to act as a core owner of financial accuracy for a fast-growing real estate investment platform. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, reliability, and consistency of financial records produced by the bookkeeping team and trusted by leadership. This is not a transactional role. The ideal candidate is deeply accountable, technically strong, and proactive—someone who identifies gaps, enforces structure, and resolves accounting issues before they escalate. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in scaling operations, strengthening controls, and supporting leadership with accurate, timely financial reporting during rapid growth.
