Senior Accountant (US based experience required)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accountant (US based experience required) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead accounting delivery for U.S.-based clients while managing complex financial operations across multiple accounts. You will oversee core accounting cycles, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll-related activities, and budget analysis. The position combines hands-on accounting expertise with client relationship management and team leadership. You will review work, mentor accounting professionals, and help maintain high standards of accuracy and timely delivery. A strong focus is placed on process improvement, automation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools. You will work remotely from Latin America while aligning your availability with California Pacific Time.
