Senior Account Manager, Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Performance Marketing based in Canada. You will own the strategy, performance, and client relationships for 1 to 3 major DTC and e-commerce accounts, with a focus on depth rather than volume.You will act as a strategic partner to founders, CMOs, and senior marketing leaders managing significant advertising budgets.The role combines cross-channel strategy, performance analysis, client leadership, and hands-on coordination across media, creative, and operations.You will be expected to translate complex Google, Meta, and TikTok performance data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.Strong Google Ads fluency is essential, particularly the ability to understand Performance Max, Search, Shopping, attribution, and branded spend strategy.You will work in a fully remote, collaborative environment with considerable autonomy and direct ownership of client outcomes.Success means becoming a trusted strategic advisor who identifies growth opportunities, challenges assumptions, and delivers measurable value.
