Weโre looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help drive the next stage of Customer.ioโs growth. In this role, youโll represent Customer.io to our largest prospective customers and manage the full sales cycleโfrom prospecting to demo to close.
Youโll partner with a dedicated Sr. SDR to source opportunities while also fielding inbound demand generated by our marketing team. Once customers are onboarded, youโll hand them off to our supportive Customer Success and Technical Support teams, ensuring they have the expertise they need to thrive.
What youโll do
- Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams; run discovery calls (using MEDDPICC) and drive full-cycle deals to close
- Collaborate with your Sr. SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting to engage top ICP brands
- Schedule and deliver compelling online demos for qualified prospects
- Uncover customer business needs and position Customer.ioโs solutions effectively
- Own your numbers: track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance
- Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment
- Use value-based selling to clearly communicate the features and benefits of our platform
About you
- 5+ years of top performance as a Senior Account Executive (or similar) in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota and goals
- Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, engaging presence
