Sen Analyst IM User Access Management

This role focuses on strengthening user access security, compliance, and governance across global SAP S/4HANA environments.You will help shape and implement User Access Management strategies supporting a major business transformation program and evolving technology needs.As the India-based UAM HUB lead, you will coordinate delivery across a geographically distributed team while providing direction, mentorship, and operational oversight.The position combines SAP security expertise with role design, authorization management, risk controls, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.You will work across S/4HANA implementations, Fiori security, SAP GRC, identity management, SoD controls, and business UAT activities.The role also involves supporting cutovers, Hypercare, audits, security assessments, and the transition from project delivery into sustained operations.This is a hybrid leadership opportunity requiring regular presence in Bangalore, collaboration across global teams, and occasional domestic or inte...
