Security Engineer (Support)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Security Engineer (Support) based in India. This is a fully remote opportunity for a security-focused professional supporting information security operations across a distributed organization.You will manage security tickets, perform initial incident triage, and help ensure issues are resolved within established service levels.The role combines technical support, security operations, access management, monitoring, documentation, and process improvement.You will collaborate closely with security, IT, engineering, and GRC teams while serving as an important first point of contact for security events.The position offers the opportunity to strengthen security processes, automate repetitive tasks, and build practical knowledge through real-world incidents.Success requires strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.The role can be performed from anywhere in India, with occasional travel to Hyderabad for planned events.
