This seasonal remote role supports tax professionals by providing reliable technical and customer service assistance throughout the busy tax season.You will help customers troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and navigate solutions across phone, email, and live chat.The position combines technical problem-solving with a strong customer-first mindset and empathetic communication.You will document interactions carefully, follow established support procedures, and collaborate with colleagues when issues require additional expertise.The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment supporting widely used tax technology.This full-time seasonal assignment runs from November through April and is fully remote across eligible U.S. locations.Success requires dependable attendance, strong communication skills, technical confidence, and a genuine commitment to helping customers.
