This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Seasonal Live Services Agent based in Canada. This is a customer-facing seasonal opportunity focused on delivering exceptional support and practical solutions for home service needs.You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them from their initial request through resolution and service completion.The role combines empathy, problem-solving, communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.You’ll help customers understand service options, book appointments, and identify solutions that best fit their individual needs.Success will be measured through customer experience as well as key performance indicators such as bookings, memberships, and contact rates.You’ll also contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of new team members.This is a fully remote, three-month seasonal role offering both part-time and full-time scheduling options.
