Your leadership will be essential in guiding the squad through agile processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an agile environment, preferably in product development or system integration contexts. Effective Communication: Fluent English is mandatory (verbal and written communication skills), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
