This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master based in the United States. This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting Agile delivery across a range of organizations and teams.The role focuses on enabling high-performing Scrum teams through effective facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement.You’ll help teams run productive sprints, remove delivery obstacles, and strengthen their adoption of Agile principles.The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to navigate team dynamics and stakeholder expectations.You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders and use Agile project management tools to support transparent, organized delivery.The environment offers flexibility while providing opportunities to influence processes and improve how teams collaborate and deliver value.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach who thrives in dynamic, remote environments.
