Scrum Master/Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager based in Canada. This is a senior Agile leadership role focused on strengthening delivery discipline and consistency across a broad engineering organization. You will establish and continuously improve Agile standards across 12 teams while coaching a cohort of Scrum Masters and directly supporting two teams. The role combines hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities with ownership of delivery, quality, and engineering performance metrics. You will turn Jira and GitHub activity into reliable insights that help technical and business leaders understand delivery health. Acting as a key bridge between Product Management, Product Owners, and Engineering, you will connect roadmap priorities with practical sprint execution. This is an opportunity to shape Agile ways of working at scale while remaining closely connected to day-to-day software delivery.
